Encourage and Practice Open transparent communication practices : Every employee needs to be listened to , respected and communicated on their expectations of work, behaviors, learnings and development so that they are engaged well. 5. Manage Conflicts: Wherever there are two or more people- conflicts are bound to happen, it is critical for supervisors keep an eye for potential conflicts and resolve them on time. Managing conflicts also leads to creating effective organization.

Enablers 6. Effectively delivering on team goals: Your role is to ensure that every team member in the team is accountable to deliver on SMART goals you set up during the year. If a team member fails – you fail – so need to ensure that your hire the right people, set SMART goals, train them on time, coach and mentor them regularly and give a feedback on their performance and also be open for feedback from the team and other stakeholders.

Enablers 7. Processes Ensure all processes are followed : Don’t ever try to violate any of the processes – some process violations can bring your company into serious problem, some violations can be minor issues.
