Key Results: These are specific, measurable outcomes that indicate progress towards achieving the objective. Key Results should be quantitative and clearly answer the question, "How will we know we've achieved the objective?" They provide a way to track progress and determine success.
By using OKRs, organizations can ensure alignment, focus, and engagement, driving better performance and achieving significant results.
