of Texas for over three decades. We have extensive experience in Harris
and surrounding counties.
·We offer all phases of land surveying, including but not limited to
ALTA/ACSM Land Title Surveys, Category 1A Condition II surveys,
Residential Surveys, Topographic Surveys, Construction Surveys, Platting
Services and Elevation Certificates.
·Established in 1980 by Fred W. Lawton, RPLS & PE a graduate of the
University of Texas, Austin, along with his son Fred F. Lawton, and now
the third Fred F. Lawton now is working as well on his way to the RPLS.,
as a family owned and operated company we take pride in our company.
Fred has taken the time to hand pick all of the staff at South Texas
Surveying Associates, Inc. as it is important to have a strong team and a
dedicated leader.
