Speech Therapy Speech therapy is a training which helps one to improve their receptive and expressive language skills, as well as other linguistic skills.it also includes training in the areas of memory, problem solving skills, learning issues, voice related problems and so on. The training sessions will be provided by a speech language pathologist (SLP) based on the information obtained by assessment sessions and client’s improvement.

Receptive disorders Receptive disorders are for those difficulty in processing what others are saying. People with receptive disorders will have issues such as limited vocabulary, trouble following directions or seem uninterested in conversations.

Resonance disorders Oral or nasal cavities are affected in resonance disorders. A irflow is blocked by them and they can alter the vibrations that help you hear sounds. Cleft palate , swollen tonsils can cause resonance disorders.
