10. DIFFERENCE BETWEEN SPEECH AND PRESENTATION SPEECH Speech are more formal. Speeches are given to larger crowds, and therefore must to appeal to the emotions. Speeches can be made to entertain and not to inform. PRESENTATION Presentation are more informal. Presentation are generally given to smaller groups, and therefore are more detail- oriented. Presentations can do all two- inform and entertain.
