M Jayamma Jayamma has 6 sons. She lost her three sons. She brought up other three sons on her own. One of the sons has tractor. Other two sons are into agriculture. Three of her sons are already married. Later they abandoned her and left her alone. For her livelihood, as she was alone, her neighbours brought her to our centre. She needs love, care and proper support to lead the rest of life happily

Lakshmi Narasamma We spent all the money that he earned on medicines. One day, he had severe pain again. He was confined to bed with the disease for 3 months and died. As I could not stay alone in the town of Kurnool and pay rent, I decided to go to my village, but there was no one to take care of me in my village, Kalvagram. The temple priest told me that I could go to SERUDS Old Age Home. I have been living happily for the last 5 years without any difficulties, sufferings.

M Lakshmi Devamma Lakshmi Devamma, now suffering from blood pressure and knee pain, found solace and care at SERUDS NGO. The organization selflessly took on the responsibility of providing for her basic needs without any expectations, except for their well wishes. SERUD NGO’s compassionate care ensures that Lakshmi Devamma is not alone in her struggles and can face life’s challenges with greater resilience.

Ramulamma My name is Ramulamma. I am 80 years old. I got married when I was 19 years old. My husband passed away due to Jaundice. I also used to work on the farm with my husband. As I got older I didn’t have the energy to work, and then my son and my daughter-in-law started neglecting me and brought to SERUDS old age home. My son and daughter-in-law occasionally come to see me. I am diabetic, and spend my time in the old age home watching TV and listening to songs
