SPROUTS SALAD RECIPE AND NUTRITIONAL FACTS
INGREDIENTS 1 cup boiled sprouts Onions chopped 1tbsp Potatoes chopped 3tbsp Tomatoes chopped 2tbsp Pomegranate 2 tbsp Cucumber chopped 2-3 tbsp Lemon juice 1tbsp Roasted and crushed cumin seeds 1/2 tsp Black salt 1/2 tsp Coriander leaves and mint leaves 1tbsp each Green Chilly chopped 1tsp
Procedure The first step is to take boiled or raw sprouts in a bowl. Next add onions, potatoes, tomatoes, chilly, cucumber, pomegranate, salt and cumin to it. Mix well.
Now, to this drizzle the lemon juice and throw in mint and coriander leaves. Check for the salt and adjust as per your taste.
Here you have the sprout salad ready to be served.
