OBJECTIVE STATEMENT
My community-based scholarship aims to turn data and research into action to create change. My work
focuses on public health and community-level approaches to suicide prevention through capacity building,
equitable systems change, and policy change.
EXPERIENCE
2024 – Present Senior Director, Impact Communication and Continuous Improvement
American Foundation for Suicide Prevention
Lead the continuous improvement and evaluation of AFSP and partnership
programs and initiatives. Drive impact communication efforts to disseminate AFSP’s
reach and impact to diverse audiences. Drive organizational learning through needs
assessments, continuous improvement approaches, and special evaluation initiatives.
2017 – Present Principal Researcher and Evaluation Consultant

Provide evaluation, data, research, and policy consultation to local, regional, statewide,
and national organizations. Services include strategic planning; data collection, analysis,
and reporting; grant writing; and evaluation design and implementation.
