STE primarily focuses on exports of Power Generation Fasteners and turbine blades to US
STE also exports Stem, Impeller, Valve seat, Cam and other precision parts to Pump, Valve, Process Automation
and other sectors
STE has 4 precision CNC Turning machines and 2 Vertical machining centers in house.
CNC Turning : Dia400 mm (16 inch) x 1000mm (48 inch) length with max part weight of 100 kg
VMC : 1270mm (50”) x 650mm (26”) x 625 (25”)mm with max part weight of 1000 kg
STE out sources grinding, electro plating, anodizing, heat treatment and nitriding
STE has experience in handling small batch of 1 part to medium sized batch of 1000 pcs.
STE sources Raw materials B16, SS 422, SS 410, SS 501, N135 directly from Mills or distributors outside India.
STE sources Raw materials SS 304, SS 416, AISI 1045, AISI 1018, AISI 1020, Al 6061 T6 etc. locally from India
STE focuses on product quality and integrity and uses calibrated gauges and inspection instruments as per
customer requirements
