1. Slot booking Process for Virtual Lab

2. Instruction to be followed strictly Everyone should complete the class recordings before accessing the remote desktop. Ensure the recordings, documents, and remote assignments to be performed are in the eLearn portal or under the teams before accessing the lab. Each slot will be available for two hours of duration and every student will get an opportunity to book 9 slots for lab practice and separate slots will be provided for exam . In any unavoidable situations/emergency, only two chances are given to cancel the slots against bookings.

3. Instruction to be followed strictly Verify that RDP is enabled on your computer; if not, follow the steps: When you're ready, select Start > Settings > System > Remote Desktop , and turn on Enable Remote Desktop . Don’t use office laptops as they are equipped with security firewalls.

4. Link for slot booking Please access to the eLearn portal and search for the important links and the click on the Virtual Lab-Core engineering and a screenshot is shared for your reference.

5. Link for slot booking The link will redirect to Osha Portal. Welcome - Osha (codeargo.net )

6. Window for slot booking Select the course

7. Select date as per your convenience

8. Click on book Pick one the time period, each lasting three hours, will be accessible.

9. Click on book Ensure all the selected options before clicking the book option…………………

10. Click on connect The machine will be enabled with the respective time slot booked, and you can click on the connect and two options are available. 1.RDP 2.Web RDP RDP Web RDP

11. Web R DP Option 2: C lick On web RDP and it will redirect to Remote Server.. NOTE: As per the type of the system you can select the RDP windows, IOS, macOS, Linux, etc…

12. Enter in to R e mote de s ktop Remote Desktop System . D ifferent Softwares are installed in the server. P lease Select your respective Course and practice the lab tutorials. P lease contact your Lab Faculty for any clarifications during the practice regarding the usage of tool.
