Background :- Presentation has been prepared with an Objective:- To know Behavior of Branch Staff from Central Level.
Background Making the work done by other is called “Management”. Every Organization ultimate goal is to achieve its profit or to render service. For this organization process and human resource plays vital role. As per changes in environment, organization change is needed.
How to Know Employee Behavior from Head office:- In context of every organization , top level management know information about lower level staff from Branch Manager feedback or Province Head. It has also been observed, In Some branches Branch manager does not seem efficient. So wrong information is conveyed to Head office / Immediate Line Manager. Beside it many branch manger like the staff who make boss happy rather than work happy. In this case how Head office can know actual information about branch.
Solution Head office ( HR department) should allocate few staff ( Liaison person) who should communicate with lower staff in personal matter with Branch Staff/ Province Assigned HR This staff will communicate with each individual staff ( driver to branch manager of branch ) and will try to know the following things Is he satisfied with his branch/ work. Has he been assigned in wright place. Behavior of BM towards staff and other information. Problem in Process of Organization What he expect from Organization and so on. Is he being unsecured with other Staff. What kind of Groupism has been formed in branch. What kind of conspiracy has been going and so on
Outcome :- If same question is asked to all staff of organization and same answer is replied from every staff at list one level of Information can be concluded that there is some problem in Branch / Province Office.
Conclusion :- If the above mentioned plan is done. Controlling can be done more and voice of lower level staff can be Send to Head Office.
