I. OFFENSES SUBJECT TO
DISCIPLINARY AND CORRECTIVE
MEASURES/ SANCTIONS
1. Minor Misconduct
a. Frequent cutting of classes, absences, and
tardiness (3)
b. Wearing of earrings (boys) body piercing
c. Wearing more than a pair of earrings (girls)
d. Wearing too much makeup, loud hair colors
(Blue, red, yellow, violet, pink, green), sporting
unconventional hairdo (devil’s cut, skin
headcut, spike hair cut)
e. Loitering during class hours
f. Creating noise that disturbs peace and order
g. Littering
h. Not wearing the school ID
i. Wearing the prohibited attire
j. Disregarding school signs and signages
k. Entering the faculty room or school offices
without permission
1st Offense reprimand/ verbal warning/ confiscation
2nd Offense written warning/ confiscation
3rd Offense confiscation/ behavioral contract/
conference with parents
4th Offense conference with parents Intervention
Community Service - monitoring (1hr per day for 5

2. Less Grave
Misconduct
a. Using vulgar, obscene or foul words
b. Using cell phones inside the class
without permission, playing video
games, cards, or other forms of
gadgets/ toys
c. Bringing of cigarette/ vape, or
alcoholic drinks in the school premises
d. Bringing alcoholic drinks inside the
school premises
e. Displaying intimacy/ affection in
public (holding hands while walking,
hugging, beso-beso, shoulder strap)
with same or opposite sex
f. Bringing pornographic materials
(pictures, magazines, book, videos,
etc.)
g. Lending or using another student’s
ID/ Tampering of school ID
1st Offense written warning/ confiscation/counseling
(student and parent)
2nd Offense confiscation/conference with
parents/counseling/ behavioral contract community
service
(1 hr. per day for 5 days)
3rd Offense confiscation (end of the school year)/
conference with parents Community Service
(2 hrs. per day for 5 days)
3. GRAVE MISCONDUCT
a. Vandalism or writing on walls, or any
furniture/fixtures inside the school premises
b. Smoking or using vape inside the school
premises or public places while wearing the
school ID or uniform
c. Drinking alcoholic beverages inside the
school premises or within the school vicinity
while wearing the school ID or uniform
d. Entering the school premises under the
influence of alcohol
e. Engaging in a proper, scandalous or
immoral act in public (kissing, petting,
necking, or any sexual or scandalous act)
with same or opposite sex
f. Reading pornographic magazines or
books, watching/ viewing pornographic
videos or pictures
g. Gambling and possession of gambling
paraphernalia
h. Cheating in an examination or any form
of dishonesty
i. Stealing or taking somebody else’s
property without permission
j.Disrespect to school authority (teaching
and non-teaching personnel) in words or
deeds on any platform or media
(defamatory uploads on Twitter,
Facebook, text, and other means of
communication)
k. Writing/ Drawing obscene, foul or
scandalous words/ images
l. Joining or forming fraternities,
sororities, or other forms of illegal group
actions
m. Cyberbullying/ Bullying
n. Posting videos/ pictures of students,
teaching and non-teaching personnel
without permission that can cause
damage or harm to the good reputation
of the school or the individual
1st Offense conference with parents/confiscation/
restoration of damaged property/ failure in the
examination or activity/replacement of stolen
property, community service
(2 hrs. per day for 10 days)
2nd Offense referral to higher authorities or school
grievance decision/ failure in the subject (for
cheating)
4. SERIOUS GRAVE
MISCONDUCT
a. Possessing, using and selling
prohibited drugs inside and outside the
school premises
b. Serious fighting afflicting harm to
other students inside and outside the
campus
c. Bringing any kind of deadly weapons
(cutter, knife, icepick, asero, etc.) not
required to bring to school that may
cause harm to other individuals
d. Forgery – any form of tampering,
falsification, alteration of official school
records
f. Destruction of school property
g. All other punishable acts under the
Philippine laws
1 st Offense preventive suspension/ student be
placed under modular learning delivery modality
while case is being investigated /for possible
transfer
