11. PATIENT COUNCELLING Stop smoking Should consume less spicy foods. Should use face masks during works to prevent further infection. Should consume proper food that includes fresh vegetables,ragi etc. Consume lots of water. Do not do any stimulating works before bedtime, If possible have a glass of water before sleeping. Donot skip the medications.
