How to know when to use the Subjunctive Mood or Indicaticve Tense

2. Impersonal Expressions Both follow impersonal expressions, BUT certain phrases decide whether SUBJUNCTIVE or PRESENT INDICATIVE is needed. To remember which to use, think of WEIRDO and SPOCK.
