of the State of Parana in southern Brazil. Curitiba is known
internationally for its urban planning and innovative solutions
for public transportation and environmental challenges.
•Located about 400 kilometers southwest of Sao Paulo,
Curitiba has a population of over three million people in its
metropolitan area. The people of Curitiba consider their parks
as their beaches beside their seas of green areas throughout
the city.

core, which houses all the plumbing and wiring. The wrap-around balconies remain
stationary. The mechanics that make all this happen are contained in an extremely
small space, require virtually no maintenance, and use no more energy than a hair
dryer. Cutting-edge "smart-house" technology is integrated into the design.

5. •Our technology is not “pie in the sky” –We have the only rotating high-rise
building in the world (Suite Vollard, our proto-type building in Curitiba, Brazil).
•Each floor rotates independently of the other floors, and controlled by the
resident. Extensive testing has been done with no failures.(Over four years of
constant rotation as well as accelerated testing equivalent to ten years of
use.)
•Rotation is smooth, surge-free and gives the resident no sensation of
movement.
•Our technology is patented in Brazil, with patents also deposited in the US,
and with the PCT (which covers 190+ countries).
•According to our reading of our patents and the attorneys’, any rotating
building of more than two floors would possibly infringing on our patent.
