2. Polycarboxylate Superplasticizer (PC-P) Polycarboxylate Superplasticizer: is an advanced admixture allows the reduction of the water to cement ratio without affecting the workability of the mixture. It also enables the production of high strength and high-performance concrete.

Description Polycarboxylate Superplasticizer  is a new generation superplasticizer based on modified polycarboxylate particularly recommended for ready mixed concrete and civil engineering construction. Its particular configuration allows its delayed adsorption onto the cement particles and disperses them efficiently . Standard Compliance Polycarboxylate Superplasticizer  complies with the requirements of the following standards: ASTM C 494, Type F,G and E. BS EN 934-2

5. شرح سوپر پلی کربوکسیلات پلاستی سایزر یک نسل جدید فوق روان کننده مبتنی بر پلی کربوکسیلات اصلاح شده است که به ویژه برای کانکریت آماده و ساخت و سازهای مهندسی عمران توصیه می شود. پیکربندی خاص آن اجازه می دهد تا جذب تاخیری آن بر روی ذرات سیمنت و پراکندگی آنها به طور موثر اجرا شود. انطباق استاندارد سوپر پلی کربوکسیلات پلاستی سایزر با الزامات استانداردهای زیر مطابقت دارد: ASTM C 494, Type F,G and E. Uses of  Polycarboxylate concrete admixture: ■ To obtain a high quality concrete mix with accelerated strength development and extended workability without delayed setting characteristics. ■ To provide a concrete mix with exceptional placing characteristics and accelerated cement hydration for early strength development and high quality concrete. ■ To provide improved durability by increasing ultimate strengths and reducing concrete permeability . Performance of polycarboxylate superplasticizer powder Superplasticizer dosage in concrete : Polycarboxylate ether superplasticizer powder of this product is 0.16-0.3% of the total amount of cementitious material, and the water reduction rate is >25%. Superplasticizer admixture for concrete does not contain harmful components and has no pollution to the environment. No chlorine, low alkali.

7. موارد استفاده از افزودنی کانکریت پلی کربوکسیلات : برای به دست آوردن مخلوط کانکریت با کیفیت بالا با توسعه مقاومت سریع و کارایی طولانی بدون ویژگی های گیرش تاخیری . برای ایجاد یک مخلوط کانکریت با ویژگی های جاگذاری استثنایی و هایدریشن سریع سمنت برای توسعه مقاومت اولیه و کانکریت با کیفیت بالا . ایجاد دوام با افزایش مقاومت نهایی و کاهش نفوذپذیری کانکریت. عملکرد پودر سوپر پلی کربوکسیلات پلاستی سایزر : پودر فوق روان کننده پلی کربوکسیلات اتر این محصول 0.16-0.3٪ از کل مواد سمنت است و میزان کاهش آب بیش از 25٪ است . افزودنی سوپر پلی کربوکسیلات پلاستی سایزر حاوی اجزای مضر نیست و هیچ آلودگی برای محیط زیست ندارد . بدون کلورین، و القلی کم.

Typical Applications & Advantages of  Polycarboxylate concrete admixture: ■ Provides high quality durable concrete. ■ Powerful plasticizing action with an improved initial workability, easier placing and faster strength development. ■ Reduce water cement ratio to the maximum which allows production of high strength concrete. ■ Capability of delivering high performance concrete at any time to the job site in place.   Polycarboxylate concrete admixture  can be either used alone or after compounded with other additives to make special concrete such as pumping concrete, ready mixed concrete etc.

Packaging & Storage ■ Polycarboxylate Superplasticizer (PC-P) is packed in 25kg / bag. ■ Polycarboxylate Superplasticizer (PC-F/R/E) is available in 1100 kg / IBC tank , 230 kg / drum or flexitank . For site installations, deliveries will be made in bulk to site storage tanks. ■ Polycarboxylate Superplasticizer has a minimum shelf life of 12 months provided it is stored under cover, out of direct sunlight. Health & Safety Precautions Polycarboxylate Ether Superplasticizer  does not fall into the hazard classifications of current regulations. However, it should not be swallowed or allowed to come into contact with skin and eyes. Suitable protective gloves and goggles should be worn. Splashes on the skin should be removed with water. In case of contact with eyes rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical advice. If swallowed, seek medical attention immediately and do not induce vomiting. 2 .  Polycarboxylate superplasticizer powder should be stored in a cardboard bucket lined with plastic bags to avoid the mixing of rain water and sundries. 3. The shelf life of  polycarboxylate superplasticizer powder is 12 months.

11. ب سته بندی و ذخیره سازی پلی کربوکسیلات ( PC-P) در 25 کیلوگرم / بگ بسته بندی می شود. پلی کربوکسیلات ( PC-F/R/E) در مخزن 1100 کیلوگرمی / IBC، 230 کیلوگرم / درام یا فلکسی تانک موجود است. پلی کربوکسیلات حداقل 12 ماه ماندگاری دارد مشروط بر اینکه در زیر پوشش و دور از نور مستقیم خورشید نگهداری شود . اقدامات احتیاطی بهداشتی و ایمنی سوپر پلی کربوکسیلات پلاستی سایزر در طبقه بندی های خطر مقررات فعلی قرار نمی گیرد. با این حال، نباید آن را بلعید یا اجازه داد با پوست و چشم تماس پیدا کند. باید از دستکش و عینک محافظ مناسب استفاده کرد. پوشش های روی پوست باید با آب پاک شود. در صورت تماس با چشم فوراً با آب فراوان بشویید و به پزشک مراجعه کنید. در صورت بلعیده شدن، فوراً به پزشک مراجعه کنید و باعث استفراغ نشوید . پودر فوق روان کننده پلی کربوکسیلات باید در یک سطل مقوی پوشانده شده با کیسه های پلاستیکی نگهداری شود تا از مخلوط شدن آب باران و مواد مختلف جلوگیری شود . ماندگاری پودر فوق روان کننده پلی کربوکسیلات 12 ماه است.
