SuperFund as the solution to these problems
Investors get simplified yield, managers can win trust and earn
•SuperFund uses a combination of account abstraction and cross-chain
functionality to enable Fund Managers to manage funds on behalf of depositors.
•Depositors can co-manage their funds, retaining essential aspects of control
and mitigating any loss of capital risks
•Fund managers can deposit into any ERC4626 vault on any EVM chain,
meaning they can take advantage of the best yield opportunities
•Onboarding of clients is as simple as a few clicks on a dashboard
•Depositors have their own dashboard where they can track fund movements
and performance

How it works
•Fund Managers:
•Connect with your own wallet
•Add clients with a single click, spinning up a Smart Account for them
•Easily move depositor funds between different yield opportunities, on different chains
•From depositor side:
•Choose a Fund Manager, based on existing relationship or past performance
•Deposit USDC into the Smart Account created by the Fund Manager
•Co-manage key aspects of your funds and transactions, should you choose to
•Monitor performance and transactions on your own personalised dashboard

Business Model
How will the business succeed?
•Revenue model:
•Fee on each transaction / fee on yield earned (easy to automate through smart contracts)
•Pricing strategy
•Still early days, need to do work on this
•User acquisition
•Promote amongst early adopters to Boba Network, build community and market product
through various channels
•Exploit existing contacts within traditional finance fund managements, approach
independent financial advisors to become managers on the platform and onboard their
existing clients

Competitive Landscape
Who else is doing this and how do we differentiate?
•Enzyme.Finance: A DeFi asset management system operating on Ethereum
and Polygon. We believe that our cross-chain functionality and leveraging of
smart accounts gives us an advantage over Enzyme.
•dHEDGE: An asset management protocol that connects investors to
managers on Ethereum-based blockchains. We believe that by targeting the
smaller managers and depositors we can win.
•Set Protocol: Builds indexes and strategies on Ethereum. These are fixed
strategies - we believe that active management by real human beings will be
a key differentiator on SuperFund

Go-to-Market Strategy
How will we grow?
•Launch plan: Soft launch to hand-picked individual fund managers who have
already expressed interest, get them using the project
•Marketing strategy: leverage the Boba network launch, promote on X, seek
partnerships with key influencers (e.g. Bankless, DeFi Dave), and partner with
protocols such as Yearn and Exactly who want to increase their TVL and are
thus aligned with us.
•Growth strategy: Continue to target Fund Managers and potential Fund
Managers, who have an opportunity to grow a business through our platform,
and are thus incentivised to grow their depositor base

Who are we?
•Richard Jamieson - Founder & CTO - Blockchain Engineer
with diverse startup experience - product, engineering, biz dev
•Christoph Lange (mentor / advisor role) - experienced startup
founder - took Simfy to over $1m in annual revenue,
successful exit to Deezer
•Key additions to the team will be:
•Front End Dev - to build out and enhance UI/UX
•Growth & Partnerships Lead - to grow the community!

Roadmap
Where to from here?
•Development milestones: started this month, have built MVP, plan over next
3-6 months to build out MVP and transfer to Boba, build cross-chain
functionality and add features, improve frontend and onboarding of fund
managers and depositors
•Product Roadmap - upcoming features: dashboard for depositors, ability for
FM’s to add any 4626 vault, add wallet functionality so that depositors can
authorise asset re-allocations, add risk assessors as third category of
participants, add copy-strategy functionality as core mechanism
•Long-term vision - become the go-to provider of tooling to crypto FM’s and
the trusted place for depositors to earn risk-reward yearn
