WHAT IS SCM? Supply chain management is the management of the flow of goods and services and includes all processes that transform raw materials into final products .

3. Storage & warehouse: The place where the goods are stored Example: All the dried ingredients (such as herbs & other spices) will keep in small warehouse within the premises of café & fresh products (such as milk & brown sugar) will store in cold storage .
