•Menu consists of
–Projects: Displays recently accessed projects and link to view
all projects.
–Workspaces:
 Displays icons to open any one of the
workspaces (i.e. Functional Areas such as Resource
Management, Administration, Organization and so on) to work
upon.
–Help: This encompasses the Online Help pages, Contextual
Online Help available on F1, SwiftALM release version and
other details in About and Support information.

•Projects under Menu displays last five recently accessed projects
and View My Projects option to view all projects.
•View My Projects will take you to your Project listing at Home > My
Work > Projects.
•This will only consist of the Projects in which you are a team
member or Projects to which you have access depending on your
access rights

9. Workspace
•Workspace under Menu lets you navigate to the respective
workspace by clicking the required Workspace icon.
 
•You will see the Home workspace by default, which is your personal
workspace. Rest of the workspaces will be accessible based on
your access rights.
•For example, if you are a member of the Process Team in your
organization, you will be given access to the Process Governance
workspace.

You can select from the background theme and apply your preferred
theme color for your login.
Mouse-hover on the preferred theme will reflect it instantly in the
application. To apply the theme, select the theme and save.

Global Item Search
Global Item Search lets you search across projects, eForms
and Work-Items. It displays results in Order of Project name >
Workitem > Item description with the last/recently used
matching result on top.
Module Navigation
Module Navigation displays Module Groups based on the
selected
 workspace. On hovering on the Module Group, the
corresponding Modules contained within are displayed.
Breadcrumb
The Breadcrumb indicates the path of the current page i.e.
how you navigated to reach the current page.

The Content area displays the content based on the
context i.e. Workspace, Module, and feature.
The information will be displayed in any one of the
layouts for work-items:

Detail View
There are other special layouts for Dashboard, Calendar,

15. List view of Work-Items
List view displays a summarized list of all workitems in a grid
layout.
 It has
List view toolbar that displays common operation icons and feature
icons specific to the module.
Customize view toolbar that helps customize the List view to get list
of specific workitems, columns rearrangement, display density, and
sorting.

16. Details view of Work-Item
Detail view provides displays extensive information related
to single workitem.
The toolbar displays specific icons and buttons for
performing special operations in the Details view.

17. Page Navigation
The Page Navigation bar is applicable for workitems lists as these
span multiple pages.
At the bottom-left of the Page Navigation bar, you can select the
various page scrolling options to quickly navigate through multiple
lists.
You can define the Page Setting value to view maximum items in
a single list.
Navigate through multiple pages in list views by clicking the First,
Previous, Next, and Last buttons on the Status bar.
Refresh the page by clicking icon.
