After 4 years of completing the Bachelor of Science in Business Administration major in Marketing Management
program, the graduates will:

1. Epitomize the knowledge, skills, and competence as marketing professionals by applying marketing concepts,
techniques, and tools for developing products, services, business ideas, marketing strategies and programs.
2. Understand and evaluate the global economy, issues and emerging trends and its marketing implications and
apply appropriate professional marketing rules, standards and decision making while demonstrating corporate
citizenship and social responsibility.
3. Recognize cultural diversity, civic-mindedness and responsible citizenry both in the corporate environment and
community as well as its impact in the marketing profession to select proper decision-making tools to critically,
analytically, and creatively solve problems and drive results.
4. Exercise high personal moral and apply professional ethics, values of fairness, transparency, accountability and
integrity to carry out marketing functions in the marketing profession and disciplines where the graduate can
express clearly and communicate effectively with stakeholders both in oral and written forms.
