Advancements of the proposed model :
1.The proposed model is a compact digital model.
2.The model also replaces the bulkier trolleys with
enhanced operation as it is interfaced with real time
monitoring and control.
3.More simpler, effective and reliable synchronization is
ensured at very low design cost.
4.Best suited for synchronization at multiple voltage levels
5.Depending on the healthiness of the system, it can be
operated in manual or automatic mode.
6.Response time of the relay is less then 20ms, which
makes it more efficient compared to the analog ones.

tothebusbarprotectionpanelofa230KVfeederat
400/230-110KVsubstationatAlamathy,Chennai.
Itisworthytobenotedthatthemodelwas
demonstratedinthepresenceofallEngineersof
Alamathysubstationand230KVKorattursubstation
andwascertifiedtobeaqualityrelay.
