Entering a Timecard in T3
Enter URL in the Web Browser.
Enter your collabsuite email address.
Enter your password.
Click on Login button.

•This is the main screen of the T3 Application.
 Choose the “Time Tracker” link to enter time.

• A list of previously entered timecards are displayed.
• To Enter a new timecard click on “Create New Entry” Button.
• To Upload timecard excel click on “Upload T3 Sheet” button.

• Choose the week ending date for which time has to be entered, from the pick list.
• Optionally, Enter comments for the timecard. For ex (working on 2 objects).
• If you are working out of Onsite choose the “Offshore-Onsite” type otherwise choose “Offshore
• Pick the Object that you are working on from the pick list.

If your object does not appear in the pick list, it could be because
of 2 reasons.
1.The Delivery manager has not setup the object in the project.
2.You are not added as a member to the project.

Chose the Task that you were working on for that particular object

These Tasks are standard for all objects. Here are
the guidelines to enter time to a specific task-
Design: Create design document, configuration management, issue
clarification, Design Meetings.
Design Review: All Design Review.
Design Rework:
Build: Coding, Creation of install scripts, creation of release pack.
Build Review: All Build Reviews.
Build Rework
Test: Creation of Test Scripts, Test Script Execution.
Test Review: All Test Review.
Test Rework:
Incoming-Doc Review:
Release Review:
External Rework:
General: Anything that does not fall into any of the above categories.
Project Management: Project Startup, Setup, Planning, Tracking &
Control, Meeting, Administration.
Quality Management: Time spent on Audits.

Enter actual hours worked on that specific object and task.
Enter Non Billable hours on that specific object and task.
Validate time entry totals for the week.
Click “Submit” button to submit the time card.

To Upload T3 Effort Sheet:
1.Save Timecard excel sheet into “.CSV” format.
2.Click on Browse button and pick the file.
3.Click on Submit button.

Login into the T3 application using your single sign-on username and password.
Select The “Project Management” Tab.
If you do not see this tab when you login, it means that you have not been granted PM
privileges.
You need to added at least one project with a “Project manager” role .
Contact one of the other Delivery Manager to add you to their project as a Project
manager.

Whenever a new project is created, T3 automatically creates the PROJECT
MANAGEMENT and SUPPORT object by default.
Enter the new Object and the associated planned effort for this object.
Choose the complexity of the object from the pick list.
Choose Program type.
Choose the Module and Class for this object from the pick list.

The “AMS Object” flag indicates whether the object is being created for support tasks
only or for new development.
If the AMS Object type is AMS, there will be only one task called GENERAL created for
time entry against this object.

If the employee does not show up in this list, he/she has not been added to T3. Send in
an email request to [email protected] to add the employee to T3.
Enter the employee start and End Dates in this project.
Choose the role for this employee in this project.
Choose “Add Employee” button.
Choose “Cancel “ when you have finished adding all the resources to your project.

• Select Report >> Total Hours Burnt Against Each Object >> Pick Project name
>> Click on View Report button.
