Taking Care of the Plants -Plants like other living things must be taken cared of constantly.

1. Water is one of the basic needs of plants to grow. It makes the plants healthy. Watering of plants should be done in the morning or afternoon and not during high noon where there is too much sunlight.

2. Growing grasses around the plants must be removed. They affect the harvest and quality of plants because they get the nutrients that should be for the plants.

3. Cultivating the soil around the plants help remove the wild grasses. It also loosens the soil that makes the water flow more freely and fastly to the roots. It also gives way to the air to reach the soil.

Compost Plants need fertilizers. Fertile soil gives plants enough and balanced nutrients they need. Compost is the dried animal manure, parts of plants, fruits and vegetables peelings. If these get totally dried and mixed with the soil, it create humus. Humus is dark, organic material that forms in soil when plants and animals matter decay.
