TALA MINING GROUP (TMG) is a company focused on mining businesses, comprised of Compañía Minera KUNZA (CMK) , Compañía Minera Indiana (CMI) , and Compañía Minera Paloma de Portezuelos (COMIPAL) , companies founded by lawyer Mohamed Tala Larenas in the years 1992 and 2002, which currently have 8 prospects of interest, intensity, and scale of mineralogy suitable for the development of mining exploitation projects. The mining prospects of TALA MINING GROUP (TMG) are located in the municipalities of Taltal (7) and Antofagasta (1) , in the II Region of the country, covering a total of 1722 hectares . INTRODUCTION

TALA MINING GROUP , through Compañía Minera KUNZA (CMK) , Compañía Minera Indiana (CMI) , and Compañía Minera Paloma de Portezuelos (COMIPAL) , offers a total of eight (8) prospects, comprising twenty-eight (28) mining concessions. Of these eight prospects, seven are located in the municipality of Taltal, and one is located in the municipality of Antofagasta. These mining properties are situated in areas of recognized mining potential, accessible to road infrastructure and electrical connectivity, where several of these properties have interesting production histories. The prospects in the municipality of Taltal are situated in the mining districts of Taltal, San José del Pingo, and Sierra Esmeralda. The prospect in the municipality of Antofagasta is located in the coastal range, Sierra El Ancla , east of the city of Antofagasta. Previous exploitation of these holdings, when present, was primarily carried out as small-scale mining and with artisanal methods, thus inviting development with better practices and more advanced methods. PROSPECTOS

The high concentration of metallic deposits in northern Chile is largely due to a favourable geological context, where deposits are often grouped in metallogenic belts, associated with a specific geological age and spatial distribution. Although the northern zone is considered a "mature" exploration target, improvements in exploration and mining production methods have reactivated or given a new focus to already identified mining districts. Because of this, Chile is the leading country in the number of discoveries and the amount of copper contained in them. The polymetallic metallogenic belt (Au-Ag-Cu) of the coastal range, in the Taltal sector, has historically been exploited by small-scale miners and small to medium-sized operations since at least the mid-19th century. The decrease in mineral grades and the constant deepening of workings have weakened the influence of small-scale mining in these deposits, where an injection of investment resources and technology can demonstrate considerable resources and reserves that have not been evaluated. PROSPECTS

PROSPECTOS MINEROS LOCATION AND DESCRIPTION OF THE PROPERTIES The deposits in the municipality of Taltal are located at a distance of 25 to 60 km south-southeast of Taltal; and those in Antofagasta are less than 8 km east of this city. All the deposits are located less than 10 km from Route 5, the main highway.

LOCATION

PROSPECTS OF TALTAL The prospects of Taltal can be classified into 3 general areas depending on their location: Amanda : The prospect closest to Taltal (25 km) and Route 5 (less than 1 km), consists of a homonymous property. San José del Pingo Mining District : The prospects located in this mining district, "Atahualpa" and "Indiana," are on average 40 km SE of Taltal. Sierra Esmeralda : Located 50-55 km south of Taltal, this area contains the rest of the prospects: "Berta," " Botón de Oro," " Republicana " located north of Quebrada La Cachina , and " Mantos de Huanillos " south of it.

“AMANDA” PROSPECT (Cu - Au) Located geographically 25 km SE of Taltal and 8.7 km east of Las Breas Airfield, in the area immediately south of Route 5 and La Peineta Ravine. The area features several mines with small to medium-scale exploitation and various structural trends conducive to mineralization (see fig.). The mine was worked for gold with grades exceeding 1 gram per ton between 1986 and 1991, through a shaft and a ramp tunnel that could not be continued due to the original owners' financial incapacity.

SAN JOSÉ DEL PINGO MINING DISTRICT (Au - Cu - Ag) The prospects in this area are located south of Quebrada Cifuncho and north of Quebrada de La Cachina . The "Atahualpa" concession is situated to the west of "Indiana," with an approximate distance of 6 km between them, and 17.5 km south of the Amanda Prospect. At the Atahualpa prospect, the lithology corresponds to the Aeropuerto Formation, and at the Indiana Prospect, it corresponds to rocks of the Cerro del Pingo Plutonic Group and Cifuncho Plutonic Group. All these rocks are locally known for their vein deposits of Au-Cu-Ag.

This polymetallic gold-silver-copper mining district is located in the western zone of the metallogenic belt of the Coastal Range, west of the Atacama fault. The mining activity in this sector has been in production for more than 130 years, with the formation of the Placilla de Sierra Esmeralda in 1883 and its beneficiation plant, Planta Esmeralda, in 1943. The great potential of the MTL prospects is partly due to their location in rocks associated with metalliferous deposits, mainly the Pan de Azúcar Formation ( Jpa ), Matancilla Plutonic Group ( Jgm ), specifically the Monzodiorites of Sierra Esmeralda ( Jise ), and Las Tórtolas Formation ( Pzt ). Other advantages include the presence of relief forming alluvial/structural basins where eluvial deposits derived from the erosion of the numerous veins in the sector are found. 4o SIERRA ESMERALDA DISTRICT (Au - Cu - Ag)

PROSPECTS OF ANTOFAGASTA (Cu) PROSPECT "COMIPAL" (Cu) FORMED BY TWO COPPER CONCESSIONS a) PALOMA 1 TO 4.- ROL 22012358-8, total area of 35 hectares, constitutive sentence and measurement record registered on page 346 back, No. 70, Property Registry of 1991 of the Antofagasta Mines Conservator. Contribution to COMIPAL S.C.M. registered in the same registry, year 1993, on page 623 back, No. 177. b) ESCONDIDA 1 TO 20.- ROL 22011758-8, total area of 100 hectares, constitutive sentence and measurement record registered on page 962, No. 208, Property Registry of 1989 of the Antofagasta Mines Conservator. Contribution registered in the same registry, year 1993, on page 624 back, No. 178. References about the Prospect.- The two groups of claims are contiguous and are located 12 kilometers east of Antofagasta, in the Sierra El Ancla , located behind the hill of the same name, on its eastern slope. To access them, the Route 5 must be used, on the stretch that connects the Salar del Carmen with La Negra, using the road to the ENAMI purchasing agency for about 5 kilometers , and then following a trail to the West for about 5.5 kilometers , where the HM of the Escondida claims can be seen. The area covered by both groups has been artisanally exploited through surface work, with pits showing copper oxides in a column of almost 30 meters located in a fault zone. In the vicinity, to the south, the Japan mine was exploited, where abandoned workings show main structures and secondary mineralizations in the form of pockets. The sector is included in the La Negra formation, the host rock is volcanic and consists of andesitic lavas, breccias, and conglomerates with a dip towards the west and cuts of intrusives in the form of veins and layers. In the intrusive bodies, the presence of sulfides is observed. Surface studies have detected, especially in the northern sector of the Escondida claims, copper with values reaching almost 4% in oxides and an average of 1% in relict sulfides , which, as mentioned, have not been adequately studied and prospected. These mines were leased; the former lessee conducted open pit and underground operations.
