Burger Lovers Special $15.95
The Wisconsin Sausage Sampler is a tribute to Wisconsin and our great summer
tradition of tailgating. This menu features beer bratwurst, Italian sausage, jumbo hot
dogs, Tall Guy’s Pasta Salad, potato chips, baked beans, toppings, and buns.
Beer Bratwurst
Marinated with local light ale. A Wisconsin cookout staple.
Italian Sausage
Seasoned pork sausage with garlic, fennel seed, sweet and hot peppers.

A summertime essential, the all-beef frankfurter.
What’s a tailgate or picnic without the burgers? The Burger Lovers Special will
feature a Sweet and Spicy Turkey Burger, a Fresh Ground Chicken Burger, and
Tall Guy’s party essential, the Meatloaf Burger. This is all served with Tall Guy’s
Pasta Salad, potato chips, baked beans, toppings, cheese, and buns.

the barbeque sauce. The Sweet Baby Ray’s BBQ Picnic features grilled Boneless
Pork Chops, Shredded Barbeque Chicken and our secret recipe Sloppy Joe’s. This

Next, we take a trip to Little Sicily. You will experience Sicilian Steak,

peppers prepared the traditional way. These are all accompanied by fresh
tossed salad with house vinaigrette and garlic bread.

Whenever people think of Wisconsin, they think of beer! For the True Beer
Connoisseur we offer a menu where beer is the main ingredient. Start with Zippy
Beer Dip with chips and Beer Cheese Soup. Follow that up with a fresh Cod Fish
Fry with crunchy light ale batter and Salmon with lemon beer marinade. This is all
served with French fries, marble rye bread, butter, tartar sauce, applesauce, and
ketchup.

alcohol is permitted at all events at your cost. We are happy to provide any coolers,
ice, or ice tub rentals that you may need. Just ask and we’ll see what we can do!

Milwaukee area. If you have a sweet tooth we can hook you up with the best
cookies, brownies, or cakes that will help make your next event a memorable one.
