Risk Mitigation Strategies for Fellows in Live Action Projects Continuity in Assigned Roles : Fellows should remain in their assigned roles for a minimum of three months to allow for student adjustment and effective rapport building. Skill Set Development and Task Planning : Once the task requirements and skill set development needs are discussed and finalized between the Program Leader (PL) and the school team, evaluation methods should also be established. Post-finalization, there should be minimal interference from the PL to allow for smooth execution of plans. Advance Notification of Bootcamps and Absences : The schedule for bootcamps and any planned absences of fellows should be shared with the school team at least two weeks in advance, except in emergencies. Communication of Skill Development Needs : The Program Leader (PL) should communicate specific skill development needs of the fellows to the school team for better alignment and support. Adherence to Code of Conduct : Fellows must strictly adhere to the school’s code of conduct, maintaining the same standards as teachers. Work Assignment Hierarchy : The established hierarchy for work assignments must be followed to ensure clarity and order in task management. Regular Group Meetings : Large group meetings should be held every two weeks to discuss progress, address any issues, and ensure alignment between all stakeholders.
