It can be via phone call that a courier service in which a restaurant, store, school supplies, and more companies independently delivers to a customers. It can positively affect not just the business but the role of money in the business. It is much-needed or convenient for a costumers of having delivery services to save time and money by having your goods delivered directly to your customer's doorsteps instead of having to arrange for them to be picked up in person "Give your clients the earliest living insisted with quality whatever the inconvenience to us", Arthur Nielsen stated. It is much-needed or convenient for a business owner of having delivery services to save time, money and for safety especially during the COVID-19 pandemic, by having your goods delivered directly to your customer's doorsteps instead of having to arrange for them to be picked up in person in Poblacion , Cataingan Masbate have not been extensively studied. Therefore, we get interested to study this topic to provide a deeper understanding about its potential benefits INTRODUCTION

5. METHODOLOGY RESEARCH INSTRUMENT: The researchers used a combination of surveys and in-depth interviews to collect data for their study. They used a qualitative research approach, and they informed the participants about the methodology they would be using before conducting the in-depth interviews. The data collected was analyzed using thematic analysis, which involved examining transcripts from the interviews to identify patterns and themes. DATA ANALYSIS; The researchers used thematic analysis to carefully examine qualitative data and identify patterns in the meaning of the data to uncover themes after obtaining the participants' important information. RESULTS SUMMARY: This chapter presents a summary of findings and conclusions derived from a study investigating the effects of owning delivery services on business transactions in Poblacion Cataingan Masbate. It also provides recommendations that can be adopted by the business owners. The study was conducted through in-depth interviews with respondents.The data collected by the researchers came from three respondents who own delivery services in Poblacion Cataingan Masbate.These respondents were selected using convenience sampling FINDINGS: 1.Based on the data gathered, it has been found that owning delivery services provides the advantage of selling directly to customers. This can potentially lead to a significant increase in income.However , operating delivery services also provides disadvantages for small business or those with tight budget, as courier services tend to be more expensive. 2. The respondents prefered to have their own delivery services because it is essential in expanding their customer base, in consistently achieving daily and monthly sales targets, and in unlocking new revenue streams. 3. Respondents affirm that delivery services helps in time management .When you own delivery services, you can control the pace and timing of deliveries which allows you for better scheduling, ensuring that goods are delivered in a timely manner .

8. DISCUSSION CONCLUSION: Base on the qualitative results of the study the following conclusions were drawn: 1. Owning delivery services can lead to a significant increase in income through selling directly to customers, but high operating cost can be disadvantages for small business or those with tight budget. 2. Owning delivery services is essential in business growth. 3.Owning delivery services on business transactions enhances time management by allowing for the precise scheduling of deliveries RECOMMENDATION: 1. Big businesses is highly reccomended to use this since they have greater number of products and employees. 2. It can also be on other businesses if they want to have a greater and faster income yet this will need more employees in the business. 3. Businesses such as restaurants should use this since this would be liked by customers specially if they don’t want to go outside. .
