Ingredients Method
28g Formula 1 Vanilla
6g Protein Powder
300ml low fat soy milk
1 tbsp honey
2 x granadilla/passion fruit pulp
1 banana
½ mango
5 ice cubes
Combine all ingredients in a blender.
Blend until desired consistency and serve.
Enjoy!

Ingredients Method
28g Formula 1 Chocolate
6g Protein Powder
150ml Chocolate soy milk
85ml water
50ml espresso coffee
20g plain yoghurt
10g hazelnuts
5ml caramel sauce
5ml vanilla essence
5ml rum essence
5g Chai Tea (optional)
Soak Chai Tea overnight in the water (if used).
Crush the hazelnuts in a mortar and pestle,
add soy milk and water to blender, then add all
other ingredients.
Blend and serve for a thick chewy shake.

Ingredients Method
28g Formula 1 Vanilla
6g Protein Powder
1 medium sized mango
¼ cup frozen berries
4 almonds
2 tbsp natural yoghurt
200ml water
Put all the ingredients (except for the almonds) in
the blender. Blend well until a smooth
consistency is achieved. Then add almonds
and blend for a very short time so they stay
crunchy.
Serve and enjoy!
