pathogens, irritants and excess mucus from the nasal passages
while hydrating, moisturizing and reducing inflammation.

+ Gargling: reduces inflammation and irritation, soothes sore throat,
kills bacteria, and decreases respiratory infections by reducing the
viral load in the throat

+ Bathing: Adding Epsom salt (magnesium sulfate) to bathwater is
promotes relaxation, relieves muscle tension and aids in sleep

Nebulizers are medical devices that convert liquid medication into
a fine mist or aerosol that can be inhaled into the lungs, commonly
used to deliver medications for respiratory conditions.

Home Nebulizing Options:

+ Food Grade Hydrogen Peroxide: MUST be food grade and highly

diluted (.1% dilution)

+ NAC (N-Acetyleysteine): Liquid form comes by prescription only

+ Colloidal Silver: One teaspoon 2-3 times per day for 10-15 minutes

for no more than 30 consecutive days.

« MMS (chlorine dioxide): A powerful disinfectant that has been
roven to be effective against bacteria, viruses (including Covid),
ungi, protozoa and spores.

+ Essential Oils: A study has shown nebulizing eucalyptus,

peppermint and tea tree oils were effective at reducing the
evolution of symptoms with Covid. CLEAN

Gargling with *Food Grade* and *Diluted* Hyrdrogen
Peroxide can aid in keeping you healthy and free from
illnesses like colds or flus through antiseptic and
antimicrobial properties that have the ability to kill or
inhibit the growth of microorganisms, including
bacteria, viruses, fungi and protozoa. It also helps to
manually flush out the viral load that can collect at the
back of the mouth and throat. Hydrogen Peroxide also
aids in healing wounds, ulcers and broken skin inside

Quercetin is a fla

replication of certain viruses.

Quercetin has been studied for its potential role as a zinc
ionophore. A zine iofsphtere is a substance that helps transport

zine ions across cell membranes. This property is believed to
enhance the cellular uptake of zinc.

Quercetin's immunomodulat ‘ects and zinc's role in various

immune functions work together to enhance overall immune
health.

Vitamin C helps support your immune system, aids in iron
absorption, and has antioxidant properties that help protect
against damage from oxidative stress.

Because Vitamin C is a water soluble vitamin, it isn’t stored in
your body, instead excess amounts get excreted through your
urine.

Vitamin C has a daily value (DV) of 90 mg per day, however you
can safely consume up to 2,500 mg of Vitamin C per day.

High doses of Vitamin C can reduce viral symptoms.

Make sure your Vitamin C supplement is WITH bioflavonoids.

Vitamin D is associated with immune system modulation. There
are some schools of thought that suggest we need far more
vitamin D than what is currently recommended. Because Vit D
is fat soluble, it is stored in the body which means you can get
too much of it, causing toxicity.

The best source of Vitamin D is the sun. Second best is through
food where it's naturally occurring (fatty fish, beef liver, dairy,
eggs (particularly the yoke), and dark chocolate). Least
desirable source of Vitamin D is through supplements or
fortified foods.

NIH recommends 600 international units (IU) per day. Anything
over 4,000 IU is considered high dose.

A person can supplement with plant-based Vitamin D2 or
animal-based D3. D2 is more available on the market, but D3
is absorbed better and lasts longer in the body. It’s also less
associated with toxicities.

It is advisable to take vitamin D with K2 and magnesium when
supplementing, as this will prevent vitamin D toxicity.

Zu Both K2 and magnesium help deposit calcium in the bones
than the arteries, und therefore prevents
hyp cemia, which can occur as a result of vitamin D
toxicity.

A Fasting is a great way to help your body repair itself.
Digestion takes a massive amount of energy that can better
be used by the immune system to help heal and rid the body
of illness.

Fasting for more than 12-18 hours helps “reset” some of our
systems, aids in immune system modulation and induces a
process called autophagy, which is the body's way of cleaning
out damaged cells and regenerating new, healthy ones.

Proper hydration and electrolytes are important to maintain
during a fast, especially when sick.
