Computer is a programmable electronic device or machine that can do a variety of things such as modifying data or information. The computer’s basic functions are processing, storing, and retrieving data which are helpful to the users to formulate, create, and present information.
Parts of Personal Computer
Central Processing Unit it is the device that can be considered as the brain of the computer. All the process in the computer is happening in the CPU.
Mouse Controller it is a device which helps you control, move, or choose an application displayed on the monitor. The arrowhead-like pointer is called cursor.
Display Monitor it is an electronic device that shows pictures, formulas, documents, and all the processes you need to do while using the computer.
Speakers it is the audible device which serves as the sound producer. It provides sound which is needed for entertainment, presentation, or other related activities.
Keyboard it is the typing device that you use to encode different characters such as letters, numbers, special characters, and functions, to create a document presentation or perform specific tasks on your computer.
