3. About the building
The Edge has the world’s highest BREEAM
rating awarded to an office building, it is the
greenest and the most intelligent building.
The Edge uses 70% less electricity than
comparable office buildings. The roof and the
south-facing facade incorporate the largest
array of photovoltaic panels of any European
office building.

5. What makes it different?
Use of solar panels on the roof as well as facades of the
building
Its about 28,000 sensors to control the various objects in the
building
Atrium is the center of gravity of the solar system
The tarmac and its slant cover work to illuminate the
workspaces with natural lighting with 7 meter width windows
and also provide noise insulation from outside
