Being rich is definitely not the end to all the barrage of problems which confronts the ordinary man.Riches come
with its own sets of problems and struggles.
Join me now as I walk you through some the common struggles rich people go through in life:

MEETING THE LOVE OF THEIR LIFE

Rich folks have a huge challenge of meeting the love of their life. The reason is simple; everybody loves them, mostly
because of their money. They are always swarmed by all sorts of actors and fake people.As powerful as rich people
may seem outwardly, internally they feel they are targets of the greed of the people who surround them. Hence it is
really difficult for them to know those who truly love them for who they are and not because of their money and
success.
Therefore riches can hinder someone from falling completely in love and going all out to marry the person. Afraid that
once they tie up the knot, the other spouse will start misbehaving, engineer a separation only to land a juicy share of
the money he/she has never worked for.
It is such disheartening to imagine you losing half of your fortune to a stranger who played the game of love with you
because of marriage. Hence most rich people, who were not fortunate enough to have married before they
made riches, are likely not to be married no matter the kind of feelings they have for their partners. It happens in
some cases though, but is most likely that the other spouse may be equally rich and has no use for their riches.

SERVING AND TRUSTING GOD

The good book says “come to me all who are weary and heavy laden and I will give you rest."Nothing
attracts a man to his God like adversity, poverty, hunger etc. Unfortunately most rich folks don’t belong to this
category of those who are weary and heavy laden. Hence the reason to trust and commit to God becomes increasingly
difficult.
Religious exercises like praying and fasting to God for divine intervention looks alien to those with riches. At the snap
of their money, they can get almost all day-to-day problems solved, so why the need to trust God?
Sometimes it will take some incurable conditions money cannot cure for God to get the attention of rich folks.

WHAT WILL HAPPEN TO THEIR WEALTH WHEN THEY DIE?

One major concern of rich folks as they advance in age is what will happen to their wealth when they are no more.
Many at times these folks give their all to build their wealth with sweat and toil, die off and only for some phony
person to inherit the wealth and waste it on frivolous living. Nothing breaks the heart of a rich man than to imagine
this very scenario. By the way, we see this happen over and over again with the highest of probability.
I hated all the things I had toiled for under the sun, because I must leave them to the one who comes after me.And
who knows whether that person will be wise or foolish? Yet they will have control over all the fruit of my toil into
which I have poured my effort and skill under the sun. This too is meaningless.
Ecclesiastes 2:18-19

SLEEPING WELL

The sickness of insomnia and poverty are never bed fellows. Interestingly poor people don’t have the problem of sleep
compared to rich folks. Y ou would imagine that with all the comfortable beds, serene and beautiful environment,
sleep should come to them but it seldom does, because many at times their minds are overworking, possessed with
their own riches and imagining all the things which can happen to them.
A poor man doesn’t have to worry about being attacked by robbers, a rich man does. A poor man would not imagine
what will happen to him if he loses his wealth, a rich man does.
People who work hard sleep well, whether they eat little or much. But the rich seldom get a good night's sleep. –
Ecclesiastes 5:12
You will be amazed to know how much most rich folk have to spend on drugs that can help put them to sleep.
Many a times you will hear stories about famous rich folks who died because of overdose of drugs which was supposed
to help them sleep.

ANXIETY ABOUT LONG LIFE

It is by no coincidence that during festive occasions we wish each other long life and prosperity. The daunting quest to
live long is a biased desire for the rich. A poor man is so busy thinking about how to make ends meet each passing day
and hardly thinks of how long he will be around to go through his misery.
The rich man on the other hand would love to hang around for a long time to enjoy the wealth he has gathered. Hence
you are likely to find a rich man going for health walks, gym, playing golf and other kind of exercises just to stay fit.
So I guess by now you are fully convinced that rich men also have issues, but I bet you prefer rather to bear these
problems rather than the problems which come with poverty.
