That’s something in progress at some time in the
future. It’ll have started before 17:00 and it’ll
continue after 17:00

FUTURE CONTINUOUS
Form: Subj +WILL+BE+V –ING
Meaning: action in progress in a point in the
future.
–Emphasis on the PROCESS
By 9:00 tomorrow I’ll be passing the test.

Let’s practice!
I’ll be watching football this time on
Sunday
He won’t be studying English this time
tomorrow
What will you be doing in three years
time?

Meaning: completed action before a point in the future.
–Emphasis on the RESULT
By 9:00 tomorrow I’ll have passed my test.
