COMMUNICATION Introduction Communication is the  act or ability of giving, receiving or exchanging information, ideas, signals or messages through verbal, non-verbal or electronic means . Communication involves a minimum of one sender and one receiver and aims to create a shared understanding, to persuade, to seek information, to give information or to express emotions

TYPES OF COMMUNICATION There are four main types of communication:  verbal, nonverbal, written, and visual . Verbal communication involves spoken language, while nonverbal communication involves body language, facial expressions, and vocalics. Written communication uses written language, symbols, and numbers. Visual communication involves photography, art, drawings, sketches, charts, and graphs

TECHNICAL COMMUNICATION Technical communication is the process of sharing information about technical or complex subjects in a way that is easy to understand. This can include a variety of forms of communication, such as technical writing, presentations, diagrams, and videos. 

SENTENCE Intoduction Sentence is a group of words that express a complete thought or idea. It usually contains a subject (who or what the sentence is about) and a predicate (what the subject is doing or what is happening to the subject). A sentence can be a statement, a question, a command, or an exclamation.

TYPES OF SENTENCE There are four types of sentences:- Declarative Sentences: These sentences make statements and end with a period. Interrogative Sentences: These sentences ask questions and end with a question mark. Imperative Sentences: These sentences give commands or make requests and can end with a period or exclamation mark. Exclamatory Sentences: These sentences express strong emotions or feelings and end with an exclamation mark.

PARAGRAPH WRITING Paragraph writing is the process of creating a group of related sentences that focus on a single topic or idea, with a clear topic sentence, supporting sentences, and a concluding sentence.

TRANSITIONAL WORDS Transitional words are words or phrases that help connect ideas and sentences  and show the relationship between them. They are also known as signal words or linking words. 

EMAIL WRITING Email writing is the process of composing and sending electronic messages over the internet or computer networks, which involves using a software application or web-based interface to create messages that can be sent to one or more recipients. Effective email writing involves using clear and concise language, providing necessary details, using proper grammar and spelling, and considering the tone of the message.
