Some one Some One came knocking , At my wee small door. Some One came knocking, I am sure, sure, sure. I listened, I opened, I looked to left and right. But nought there was a-stirring In the still dark night. Only the busy beetle, Tap tapping the wall Only from the forest, The screech owl call. Only the cricket whistling While the dewdrops fall.. So, I know not who came knocking, At all, at all, at all. Popular poem written by the author

The poem invites all the young minders to accompany the lonely traveller on his strange traveller on his strange visit to a solitary castle, deep within a dark forest. The setting is perfect for a ghost story to unfold and there is a reference to the “Listeners” who listen silently to the traveller’s fervent call.
