1. Shelter The Mohawk tribe lived in the long house. The long houses were 150 feet long. It was also 20 feet wide. It was also 20 feet high.

2. Food The Mohawk tribe ate berries, pigs, deer herbs, and fish.

3. Tools The Mohawk tribe used different tools. The first tool they used were hoes. They used hoes to help grow crops. Next, they used bows and arrows. They used bows and arrows to fight and hunt. Finally, they used axes to chop trees.

4. Jewelry/Crafts The Mohawk tribe made jewelry and crafts. They made Mohawks with feathers and animal skins. They also made bracelets too. Also, they wore necklaces .

5. Roles of Tribe Members The Mohawk tribe members had different roles. First, the men hunted. Next, they went to war. Finally, the women did the farming, protected their property, and the family.

6. Clothing The Mohawk tribe had lots of clothes. First, the women wore wrap around shirts with shorter leggings than men. Next, they wore traditional shoes. Finally, they they wore feather Mohawk hats.

7. Transportation The Mohawk tribe traveled in different ways. First, they used the dog sled. Next, they traveled By horse. Then, they used horse wagons. Finally, they traveled by foot.

8. Location The Mohawk tribe lived in New York extending into Canada and Vermont.

9. Language The Mohawk tribe spoke in more than 3,000 languages like English and Spanish.

10. Keeping Warm The Mohawk tribe had some ways to keep warm. First, they had bonfires. Finally, they Had camp fires . They had bon fires in the winter and they had camp fires for their food.

11. Mohawk Enemies/Struggles Mohawk enemies were Seneca, Onondaga, Oneida, and Cayuga.
