A pictogram, also called a pictogramme or
pictograph, is a symbol which represents an idea.

•Material needed:
White and black cardboards
Scissers
Artist scalpel (cutter)
Glue
Rulers

9. The process
•Do the drawings or print them.

10. We can also look for different images to
combine them.

11. And we design our pictograph

12. We indicate the white and black areas

13. We cut the image on the black cardboard or
draw it with a black feltpen
