When people talk about a six pack they usually refer to the muscle known as rectus abdominis . This muscle goes from the pubis to the ribcage and it’s divided by small intersections.

The muscles from the abdomen have the role of stabilizing the trunk, keeping vital organs in place and also help with breathing.

The bicycle. It helps strengthening all of your abdominal muscles. You lay flat on your back and lift your legs in the air and perform a motion similar to riding a bicycle.
