Abstract: 2nd Asia Pacific Conference on Educational Research, Social Science and Humanities (APCERSSH 2023 )  The Health Service Center has a very important role in supporting the achievement of national priority programs in the health sector. Public health services at the primary level that have the main objective to provide affordable and equitable health services to all levels of society including in solving stunting, Stunting has long-term effects on individuals and communities, including reduced cognitive and physical development, reduced productive capacity and poor health, and increased risk of degenerative diseases such as diabetes, Projections show that 127 million children in Under 5 years old will be stunted by 2025, The rate of stunting or growth disorders in children worldwide is around 21.3% or with an estimated 1 in 5 children with stunting events

Description: 2nd Asia Pacific Conference on Educational Research, Social Science and Humanities (APCERSSH 2023 )  the results of the study are known that public health business programs are still not optimally reducing the incidence of stunting, while WHO targets that in 2030 the stanting priority program can reach 0%, thus the need to optimize in 2024 the stanting target reaches 14% so that with the hope that the WHO mission is achieved.

Conclusion: 2nd Asia Pacific Conference on Educational Research, Social Science and Humanities (APCERSSH 2023)  Some crucial problems that are obstacles to program achievement are still found access to health services that are less strategic, low education and counseling, lack of empowering parents in handling stunting and budget policies in efforts to reduce stunting events. .
