Human resources slide 5 SCINETIFIC MANAGEMENT THEORY INTRODUCTION Scientific management is a theory of management that analyses and synthesizes workflow. Its main objective is improving economic efficiency, especially labor productivity. It is one of the earliest attempt to apply science to the engineering of processes and too management. Scientific management is sometimes known as Taylorism after F.W.Traylor. Primary concern of the theory was to increases productivity through greater efficiency in production and increased pay for worker, through the application of scientific method. The theory find out effective work standard against which the workers efficiency and performance can be judged in order to enhance the productivity of the worker.

Human resources slide 6 HUMAN RELATION MANAGEMENT THEORY APPLICATION:1 Its application used to rise soft skill training of employes in order to maintain more compatible relationship in working area. INTRODUCTION : Human relation movement refers to those researchers who study the behaviors of the peoples in group and in particular work area. Theory focus on the empowerment of the individual worker as a source of control, motivation and productivity in the organization. This theory emphasis on the participatory decisions making which increases workers autonomy and their training to improve work .

The operational approach to management theory and science draws together the pertinent knowledge of management by relating it to managerial job that mangers do. it tries to integrate the concept, principles and technique that underlies the task of managing. This theory picks the relevant aspect of different theories that can practically apply in particular situation .
