•In Dhulikhel and neighbouring towns,lack of space for the display and preservation of the arts and artifacts. •Due to which opportunities are limited for the local artists and cultural practices to showcase their work. •The art and culture of this place are deteriorating day by day and not passing down to the younger generation. •Art museums plays a vital role for preserving and promoting the artistic and cultural heritage of the region. •It provides a space for the local artists to showcase their work with preservation. •It offers the visitors the opportunity to witness the art and creativity through interactions with the arts and artists. Aim & objective This project aim to create an accessible exhibition space that preserves the arts, serves as an educational resource for the community, and promotes local artists. Objective: •To study about different types of tangible and intangible arts, culture and traditions according to the site context. •To analyse about the design parameters of the museum that acts as a learning centre . •To design functional and flexible exhibition spaces that can adapt to different art forms, artifacts, events, and visitor interactions.
