2. Mission and vision: Our mission is to provide flexibility and strength training, suggestions on nutrition and mental health to our clients to improve their overall wellbeing. Our Vision is to create a health community that is concerned not only with physical well being but also with mental well being.

3. Location: Location of our business will be Anantapur. As the place doesn’t have good health centers concerned with overall well being ,we will be the first one to come up with this business. We plan to rent a space in appropriate location.We will review all license,Legal aspects and permits. We consider pulse fitness studio as our competitor.

4. Structure: Gym space : In this space ,strength training equipment will be present Meditation Space: This area is for Meditation and ambience will be maintained calm Play space: In this area, Stretches, laughter therapy and various fun activities like games can be done. Reception area: In this area ,health details and schedules of clients can be discussed. Online classes will be provided to interested people.

5. Services: We provide both strength and flexibility training to our clients based upon their goal. We aim to spread positive vibes to our clients through various activities like laughter therapy, meditation and games. We get our clients checked about their physical and mental health with various tests and provide training based on results. Health of customers will be monitored regularly. We hire nutrition expert to give suggestions to our clients about nutrition and provide with right supplements.

6. We create a peaceful environment by providing right ambience with selected colour, perfume made of essential oils, light music and plants. We aim to give non judgemental treatment and help individuals to grow at their own pace. We also provide online classes to our clients. Special care will be taken in case of injuries. Timings : Morning: 5-6:30 ,Evening: 5:30-7 Future Services: We will enhance our business by introducing new services according to customer’s needs.
