repetitive behaviours, knowm as
compulsions

TREATMENT
Inntrusive thoughts are unwelcome,
unsetting random thoughts and images,
that can be distressing, these are very
normal however the frequency and
intensity can differ from people with
mental health issues.

The way you interpret them and received
with the thought can affect how much can
impat your mind and wandered around it. If
you let it pass and accepted as random
thought instead of thinking over and over
and believing it is meaningful.
