8. Implementation of the "No Segregation, No
Colllection policy" Measures
The Municipality of Bacnotan is mandated by law to educate the public on the theories and practices on
solid waste management especially on the No Segregation, No Collection measures (M0 No. 481 s. 2014
Cll S7). This project was conducted to determine the effectiveness of the implementation of the "No
Segregation, No Collection" measures.

Government Efficiency, Economic Dynamics, Infrastructure,

This study sought to identify the drivers of local government efficiency by investigating three key
motivations: internal capacity, rewards for good performance, and compliance with the national
government. This paper studied the business registration efficiency cases of 141 highly urbanized
and component cities in the Philippines using the cities and municipalities competitiveness index.
