Todd Meister owns minority interests in an array of companies focusing on oil and gas exploration and production, solar and wind energy, food and food services, consumer goods and investment management.

2. Todd Meister graduated cum laude from Harvard with a concentration in European History. He then earned his MBA from the Harvard Graduate School of Business. He began his career as part of the investment banking group at Lazard Freres and then became a founding member of the general partner of Rhone Capital. They are a mid-market private equity firm that specializes in cross border transactions particularly in Europe.

3. He was the President of J Net Enterprises and Co-Managing Partner of J Net Ventures, which merged with Epoch Holdings. After this, he co-founded Priderock Management, a hedge fund with assets that exceed $1.5 billion.

4. From 2006-2008, Todd Meister advised a private Greek family with assets in excess of $6 billion. He actively managed their portfolio of hedge funds and alternative investments.

5. Today, Mr. Meister is the Chairman and CEO of Meister Company LLC which owns control and minority interests in an array of companies that focus on oil and gas exploration and production, solar and wind energy, food and food services, consumer goods and investment management.

6. He is a partner in Green Partners; he is a Managing Partner of Priderock Management LLC and a Co-Managing Member of Radius Investments; he is a founding shareholder of Agricapital ; and he is a founder and board member of Lonestar Resources. He is also on the board at Amadeus Energy.
