What is Private Money Lending
ì A private money lender is a non-ins?tu?onal (non-bank)
individual or company that loans money, generally secured by
a Promissory Note and Deed of Trust or mortgage, for the
purpose of funding a real estate transac?on. Private money
lenders are generally considered more rela?onship-based
than hard money lenders. Our previous private money
lenders take the same posi?on as a bank and have all the
