1. New Children Registered- Yearly Comparison In 2021 : 1295 Children covered. In 2022 : 4606 Children covered.
2. New Children Registered-Monthly Data 2022 The values are once registered children. It includes the children coming to center clinic, children covered in Anganwadi camps and children coming at PHCs.

3. Old Children Registered- Yearly Data 2021-2022 Follow-up children data 2021- 1020 children followed up post 1 st visit 2022: 2924 Children followed up for revisits.

5. Children with 0-3 years and 3-6 years Children/2022 Since Jan – Dec 2022, covered 2890 children for 3-6 years. Covered 4610 of 0-3 years children.
6. Children with 0-3 years and 3-6 years Children/2022 The 0-3 years children OPD is more than 3-6 years age group. PNC visits during RI sessions. Will Keep track on the same age group as more important.

9.No of children detected with MAM Y-2021: Detected 184 children. Y- 2022: Detected 381 children.
10.No of children detected with MAM *Due to the Ajiwali Anganwadi camps, the detection rate is high.
11.No of children detected with SAM Y-2021- Diagnosed 88 children for SAM. Y-2022-Diagnosed 121 children for SAM.
12.No of children detected with SAM-Monthly Data Ajiwali anganwadi camps helped to detect more children with SAM and refer for the treatment.

17. No. of Children Defects at Birth * Total 104 children detected with Childhood Defects in 2022.
18.No. of Children with Deficiencies Total 2564 children detected with different kind of deficiencies in 2022. This include the children with anemia, vit D def , vit A def and underweights.
19.No. of Children with Childhood Diseases * Total 1713 children detected for childhood diseases. * The trend shows increase in OPD for childhood diseases.
20.No. of Children with Developmental delay & Disability * Total detection is 160 children for different kind of disabilities and dev delays in 2022.
21.No. of Children referred to SSSSH * Total 332 cases were referred to SSSSC, Kharghar from outreach camps for pediatric opinions.
22.No. of Children referred to other Hospital / Centers * Total referral to other centres is 315 children in 2022 for different health ailments.
23.No. of Children given Sai Sure Toddler We have stopped Sai sure Toddler by Oct 22 completely with the due advise of pediatric opinion. Total 284 Sai sure given in 2022.
24.No. of Children given Sai Sure Preschool The counts reflect total sai sure given for the said month. Total 571 Sai sure p has given in 2022.
25.No. of Children given Medicines / Multi Vitamins for Common Aliments The number is 100+ in Feb, July, and Nov 2022. This includes both supplementary and symptomatic medicines. Total 890 children received the medicines.
26.No. of Children received Routine Immunization Total children received RI in 2022 are 890 . Average rate is 74/month for RI in 2022.
27.No. of Couples received Contraception services The count is good since Nov 2022. The average is 4/month in 2022.
28.No. of Total Beneficiaries during the month Total 6972 children are screened in 2022. This includes new and follow-up children in the OPD for 2022. So , average 581 children screened in the OPD per month.
29.No. of Total Beneficiaries during the month Total 4509 children covered in 2022. Average 375 children/ month are screened.
30.No. of PNC visited Total 1058 PNCs visited in 2022. Average PNC visit is 88/month

34. ICDS-1-AJIWALI PROJECT DATA Started in June 2022 for Ajiwali . Target to complete by March 2022. Average 7 Anganwadis to be covered every month in Jan, Feb and March 23.
35. ICDS -1- AJIWALI CHILDREN SCREENED-2023 Total children count of children at AW centre is 6471 , out of which we covered 2818 vs 3653 (60%) 37% of Children covered in 7 months 3653 are pending screening from 19 AWCs. ( 63%)
