Introduction The term “person “ is derived from the Latin word “persona “ meant as “mask”. The persona stood for ‘role played by Greek actor’s mask through which his voice must be sounded in theatre during performance. A person who is usually of sound mind, but occasionally of unsound mind,may make a contact when he is unsound mind
Definitions Person is a being; natural and artificial that is capable of sustaining right and duties. Person is an entity to which right and duties may be attributed. Person is the subject or the bearer of right. Person is that who obeys the duty. A person is a personality who /which can use the power and fulfill the duty

Natural person Generally the natural person denotes to the person who have birth from natural process from human being having corporal or physical ,shape. A person who can walk, speak and take part in the rational activities of his day to day life with human or non human being including all sorts of rational function. A natural person may be defined as normal human beings
In jurisprudence, a natural person is a person one who has its own personality that is an individual human being, as opposed to a legal person , which may be a private or public organization.

The concept of a juridical person is a fundamental legal fiction. It is pertinent to the philosophy of law, as it is essential to laws affecting a corporation.

Company : The word “company "is an amalgamation of the Latin word ‘com’ meaning “with or together “and ‘pains’ meaning “bread”. It referred to group of person who took their meal together . Corporation: Corporation is an organization incorporated by the certain group of persons has common objectives in order to set up the certain transaction for the public welfare.
Trust: Trust is a kind of legal person having accumulated asset or immovable property or reserved estate or fund for the sake of promoting the religion, culture or any sort of schooling is known as trust. Institution: Institution is a legal entity established by the certain person or community for the sake of collective welfare of the community or society. When an institution is incorporated, it entitles the legal personality.

There are two classes of corporation’s corporation sole and corporation aggregate.
Case on natural person of European As the national court has referred to each of the provisions mentioned above in the question referred, it should be noted that the creation and the outright ownership by a natural or legal person established in a Member State of a permanent establishment not having a separate legal personality situated in another Member State falls within the scope of application ratione material of Article 43 EC. Case C-414/06 Lidl Belgium [2008] ECR I-3601 §15
