Types of Attention? There are many types of attention like: Executive attention. Focused attention. Sustained attention. Divided attention. Selective attention and many others. . . 7
Focused Attention The focused attention is to actively focus on one thing without being distracted by other thing. Focused attention is the state of concentrating on one object. 8
Focus? Observation
Divided Attention Paying attention more than one thing at one time. mental state where people try to focus on multiple things . This ability is limited. Which brain divide our attention up between each task. May be create major problem some time. 10

Selective Attention Focusing on specific object and to ignore other ongoing messages. The ability to attend one source of information while ignoring other sources which may be music , video, lecture, or game. Enables a person to stay on task even when a destruction is present. 12

Sustained Attention This type of attention enables a person to stay on a task for a long period of time. Ability to maintain a consistent behavioral response during continuous and repetitive activity. 14
