INTRODUCTION : Work stress is   also known as Occupational Stress. Stress is not an illness – it is a state . Your body’s response to anything that r equires attention or action However , if stress becomes too excessive and prolonged , mental and physical illness may develop. 

WORK STRESS Work-related stress is typically caused by demands and pressure from either within or outside of the workplace it can be derived from uncertainty over where the job will take the employee, inconsistent or difficult expectations, interpersonal issues, or physical demands.
